THE online voting booths for the Miss Cebu 2013 pageant were launched recently at the Ayala Center Cebu Level 2 bridgeway near Acebedo Optical and WAGW and at the SM City Cebu second floor Main Mall.
As the pageant draws nearer, the Cebu City Tourism Commission (CCTC) is giving everyone an opportunity to vote for Miss Photogenic via online voting until Jan. 13.
Anyone with a valid e-mail address is eligible to vote. One registered e-mail address is equivalent to one vote. Read the rest of this entry
