CEBU CITY — An estimated 30,000 people joined the annual Penitential Walk with Mary from Osmeña Boulevard to the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño Friday dawn.
Drizzles didn’t deter thousands of Marian devotees from participating in the foot procession which started at 4:30 a.m. with the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
