CEBU CITY — Bad weather brought by Tropical Storm Amang (Mekkhala) failed to stop the Catholic faithful in their celebration of the fluvial procession of Sr. Sto. Niño in Cebu City and the mass of Pope Francis in Tacloban City.
Despite the weather disturbance, the fluvial procession of Sr. Sto. Niño from Mandaue City to Cebu City pushed through amid occasional drizzle and moderate waves.
