THE use of LED (light-emitting diode) lights in their props, costumes or set designs was trending among dancing contingents that participated in this year’s Sinulog Grand Parade.
A judge in the annual competition, however, is asking the Sinulog Foundation Inc. to review guidelines, especially the one that allows contingents to control stage lights to highlight segments of their production that use LED lights. (READ MORE)
